Pay Range: $30.20/hr - $35.20/hr
Shift: 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM EST (Mon - Fri)

Job Summary: This role is crucial for maintaining the operational efficiency of manufacturing equipment, focusing on repairs and proactive upkeep. You will diagnose and resolve issues across diverse industrial systems, ensuring smooth production flow. The position requires a detail-oriented individual proficient in both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting within a demanding manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and mechanical failures.
  • Interpret technical drawings and schematics for repairs.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring equipment issues.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance equipment reliability.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience with industrial electrical systems.
  • Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic systems repair.
  • Ability to read and understand technical schematics.

This role requires experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, ideally with a focus on production machinery maintenance.
