Job Summary:
This position involves generating engaging written content to enhance the organization's online presence, ensuring the material is optimized for search engines, and maintaining the quality and consistency of website content. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing and graphic design teams to produce compelling content that attracts and retains visitors, while also harnessing SEO best practices to improve website visibility. Responsibilities include moderating online discussions, contributing to social media efforts, and gathering user feedback to continually refine the content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update website content while ensuring adherence to SEO standards.
• Edit and refine content from other writers to maintain consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with graphics designers and the marketing team to align content with overall brand strategy.
• Moderate website comment sections and engage with the community to foster a positive environment.
• Conduct research and gather user feedback to inform content improvements and website enhancements.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in SEO techniques and strategies.
• Tools: CMS, HTML-CSS, Analytics & Performance Tracking, Social Media & Digital Marketing Tools
• Write, edit, and develop web site content.
• Visual Design: Ability to create an intranet page that is visually appealing and organized in a way that makes it easy for our end user to navigate and find the resources they need.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Significant experience in graphic design focused on social media content creation, with a portfolio that demonstrates experience in creating branded designs for social platforms.
• Responsible for writing materials for the website, and they may need to edit content from other writers as well.
• Exceptional writing and editing abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork capabilities.

Industry Experience:

• Prior experience in digital content creation, preferably within the marketing or communications sector.
