JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ideal candidate will have experience in Workplace Operations, basic maintenance/repair skills, and outstanding communication abilities. This role involves responding to service tickets, performing handyman repairs, coordinating office moves/restacks, and maintaining facilities, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of one of the Bay Area's fastest-growing companies.
- Respond promptly to service tickets and perform basic repairs.
- Assist with the tracking and oversight of preventative maintenance work and office changes.
- Support event logistics from setup to teardown.
- Maintain accurate facilities floor maps and ensure new hire desks are fully equipped.
- Collaborate with vendors to meet service expectations and handle various ad hoc projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong proficiency in document, spreadsheet, and presentation creation, with a preference for G-Suite experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in a customer-facing role.
- Effective organization and multitasking abilities, comfortable with rapidly changing priorities and responsibilities.
