JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to monitor and manage the progress of the background screening process, ensuring any delays are addressed and all parties are informed. This role involves performing scheduled audits, analyzing background check results, and assessing risks in alignment with position requirements, working closely with the Talent Acquisition team and legal advisors to make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will work closely with vendors, recruiting coordinators, and recruiters to optimize the background check process and maintain regular communication through status reports and weekly audits.
- Monitor the screening process, addressing delays and communicating with involved parties.
- Perform scheduled audits using multiple data sources and report findings.
- Review and analyze background check results for pre-hire employment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Consult with Talent Acquisition manager and/or Legal to determine outcomes based on background check results.
- Create status reports for background checks and conduct regular audits.
- Proven ability in reporting and analysis.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to assess risk and make informed decisions.
