Location: Plano TX
Pay Range: $40.00 - $50.00 Per Hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Workforce Management Analyst to maintain and analyze workforce-related data to enhance our organizational operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate data entry, generate and distribute pertinent reports, and manage workforce-related tickets. Additionally, this role involves real-time monitoring of staffing levels and collaborating on reskilling initiatives to align with business priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and maintain workforce data in relevant systems.
  • Generate, review, and distribute staffing, performance, and other WFM reports.
  • Manage and resolve workforce-related tickets in a timely manner.
  • Monitor staffing levels, performance metrics in real time to adjust as needed.
  • Collaborate on reskilling initiatives based on business priorities.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and generating Salesforce reports.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication abilities for effective cross-functional interaction.

Domain Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in Workforce Management (WFM) or similar field preferred.
