JOB SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst for a 6-month period to provide crucial support for our Talent Acquisition technology during a maternity leave. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the enhancement, testing, and deployment of system updates, as well as managing issue resolutions and collaborating with both functional and technical teams to ensure smooth application upgrades and fixes. This role demands a high level of expertise in system troubleshooting, project management, and documentation to enhance our workforce technology strategies effectively.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Recruiting and other Talent Acquisition applications.
  • Lead the issue resolution process, including monitoring ticket queues, conducting research, executing configuration changes, and providing timely responses.
  • Support system testing efforts, conducting validation tasks, and producing comprehensive documentation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align on work stream priorities and ensure timely product release cycles.
  • Guide and support business partners, manage UAT processes, and oversee the implementation of system enhancements to meet all requirements.
Must have Skills
  • Proficient with Workday Recruiting and Talent Acquisition software.
  • Strong background in system enhancement testing and validation.
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Industry Experience Required:
Experience in Workforce Technology or HR Technology is required for this role to navigate system configurations and enhancements efficiently.
