Duration: 3+ Months
Location: San Francisco, CA (#LI-Remote)
Pay Range: $30 -$35 per hour
Job Summary:
This role focuses on stabilizing a recently launched Workday Recruiting platform through hypercare support. You will provide essential functional and technical assistance to users across the recruiting lifecycle, ensuring a smooth user experience and driving system adoption. Your expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting issues, analyzing root causes, and contributing to ongoing system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver front-line support for Workday Recruiting users.

Guide users through recruiting processes and workflows.

Diagnose and resolve system and process issues.

Manage and track support tickets and defects.

Assist with Workday configuration updates.

Workday Recruiting configuration experience.

Experience with HR system hypercare support.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience supporting HR or Talent Acquisition systems, particularly post-implementation stabilization, is highly valued for this role.
