Job Summary:
We are seeking a proficient WFM Tool Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize our workforce management software to meet the organization's needs. The ideal candidate will manage user access, ensure data integrity, support users, and liaise with vendors to enhance tool capabilities. A focus on continuous process improvement and system optimization to support workforce planning and performance metrics is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure the WFM tool to align with organizational requirements and perform routine system maintenance.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and provide comprehensive technical support and training.
  • Ensure data integrity through regular audits, manage data imports/exports, and generate insightful reports.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the software vendor, tracking enhancement requests and updates.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend changes to improve the effectiveness of WFM processes and strategies.
Must-Have Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of WFM platforms and their modules (e.g., forecasting, scheduling).
  • Strong skills in system configuration and maintenance aligned with business rules.
  • Ability to provide effective user management and support.
Industry Experience:
Prior experience in roles requiring the administration of workforce management tools within relevant industries is preferred.
