Job Summary:
We're seeking a dynamic Senior UX Designer to enhance our existing UX team in Bangalore, KA, focusing on elevating user experience across various product lines within a structured roadmap covering core offerings, assets, security, and platform/framework. The role involves close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and cybersecurity experts, converting requirements into impactful user-centric design solutions. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in delivering our vision for simple, scalable, and reliable network experiences, influencing key customer outcomes in the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Previous experience in networking, security, or related technological fields is advantageous but not mandatory. Applicant should have a comprehensive understanding of the B2B domain to successfully fulfill project requirements.

- Research, conceive, sketch, and prototype new design solutions in line with the product vision.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and detailed specifications, contributing to our design system while ensuring alignment with engineering standards for implementation.
- Facilitate cross-functional partnerships to integrate user-centered design principles effectively.
- Present product features and design decisions to stakeholders, conducting research to drive continuous user experience improvements.
- Support the project's lifecycle through user research, prototyping, and usability testing to ensure successful delivery.
- Strong background in interaction design and familiarity with major design systems.
- Proven experience with Figma and the capacity to adapt and learn new tools as needed.
- Excellent communication skills capable of presenting complex design solutions clearly.
