Join our team for a challenging and rewarding one-year hybrid role as a Voice Engineer, UCC, focusing on deploying, supporting, and upgrading voice and video infrastructures, including Zoom Phone and NICE contact center solutions. This position is crucial for managing global telecom ISPs, SIP trunk, and voice circuits alongside the network engineering team to ensure optimum performance of voice systems for worldwide locations. The role demands hands-on experience with voice and video systems, particularly with Zoom Phone, NICE CxOne contact center, and proficient collaboration skills to help develop and implement technology roadmaps.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position has responsibility for the deployment, support and upgrade of production Zoom Phone, Zoom Meeting, NICE infrastructure supporting worldwide locations.
- Test and evaluate voice and video systems for optimum performance in support of ongoing and future business needs.
- Manage global telecom ISP for SIP trunk and voice circuits.
- In addition, this position will review, plan, and evaluate voice systems and work closely with network engineering team on design, configuration, and troubleshooting. Zoom Phone and NICE contact center focus is a must.
- Implement and support enterprise-class voice networks including Zoom Phone and NICE CxOne contact center.
- Deploy voice infrastructures across new and existing global offices.
- Proactively manage, monitor, and troubleshoot global voice infrastructure.
- Aid in the development and execution of voice, video, and collaboration technology roadmaps.
- Perform troubleshooting, isolation, and diagnosis of voice and video problems.
- Proficiency in Zoom Phone, NICE CxOne contact center, and Cisco Voice Gateways.
- Experience in call routing, configuration, and scripting with NICE ICM Enterprise.
- Strong background in IP-IVR, CVP integration, and deployment.
