Location: Remote
Pay Range: $80 - $85 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
This strategic role focuses on enhancing the performance and efficiency of key operational vendors by analyzing data, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement projects, maintain scalable operations, and manage strategic partnerships to boost quality and operational efficiency. The role requires collaboration with internal planning teams for forecasting and capacity planning, as well as facilitating business reviews with vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end performance management of operational vendors, including KPI and SLA oversight.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of vendor data to identify performance gaps and trends, translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Streamline workflows and optimize CRM reporting for improved operational efficiency.
  • Architect scalable operations infrastructure and ensure alignment with business forecasts.
  • Lead business reviews with vendors, focusing on accountability, improvement plans, and growth.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (e.g., SQL, Excel)
  • Deep knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across levels
Required Industry Experience:
  • Experience in Tech, Travel, or Gig/Sharing Economy sectors is preferred.
  • Familiarity with two-sided marketplace dynamics (host/guest support) is a strong advantage.
