Pay Range: $45 - $50 per hour on W2


Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Vendor Management Analyst to streamline our procurement systems and ensure successful integration of vendor relationships during Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). The role involves acting as a bridge between product owners and cross-functional teams, supporting contract negotiations and maintaining operational continuity. The successful candidate will collaborate extensively with both internal teams and external vendors to facilitate a smooth M&A transition.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the vendor onboarding process, ensuring compliance with company and M&A policies.
  • Support M&A initiatives through expertise in procurement, contract guidance, and security reviews.
  • Work with internal departments (Legal, Compliance, Finance) to drive sourcing projects.
  • Act as the primary contact for vendor partnerships, managing communications and negotiations.
  • Analyze and negotiate vendor contracts to align with organizational and M&A goals.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong experience in negotiation and contract management.
  • Proficient in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Industry Experience Required:
  • Previous experience with M&A related activities is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with IT sourcing, including various licensing structures, is preferred.
