Contract Type:  W2 Only
Duration:  6+ Months
Location: San Jose, CA (#LI-Hybrid)
Pay Range: $50 - $55 per hour on W2


Job Summary:
This role is pivotal in driving value from a customer feedback platform, acting as a central point for user adoption and support. You will empower stakeholders by translating technical capabilities into actionable insights and ensuring the platform's successful integration into daily workflows. Your contributions will directly impact how customer feedback informs product decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide new users through platform setup and core functionality.
  • Provide consultative support to optimize user workflows and platform value.
  • Proactively identify and share relevant insights from platform data.
  • Track and report on platform engagement and program health metrics.
  • Manage updates to the platform's product taxonomy for organized insights.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven success in a platform enablement or customer success role.
  • Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and consultative communication skills.
Industry Experience:
Experience in enterprise software or SaaS environments is highly preferred, particularly with a focus on customer success, platform adoption, or program coordination functions.
