Duration: 6+ months contract with possible extension
Location: Portland,OR
Pay Range:$50.28 - $52.28 per hour
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the scrum master for the engineering team, overseeing work sprints and maintaining rigorous documentation.
Develop and maintain tracking systems for global survey activities, ensuring policy compliance and organized documentation.
Collaborate with InfoSec, Legal, and Procurement teams to refine processes and manage approvals.
Handle requests for new survey projects, directing them to relevant team members efficiently.
Provide guidance and support to product teams, facilitating understanding and use of research systems, in addition to handling some project and vendor management duties.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of relevant experience in tech, analytics, or research operations.
Proficiency in Jira and Excel, with experience in or the ability to learn productivity tools such as Airtable or Monday.com swiftly.
A detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project completion.
