The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping UX strategies for our Communication and Local Services Ads teams, focusing on enhancing the click-to-message and provider-side experiences while advocating for user needs within the Google Ads ecosystem. The role demands hands-on experience in transforming research insights into actionable product improvements and requires effective communication skills to articulate design vision and negotiate design decisions with cross-functional teams.

- Communicate design concepts clearly and justify design decisions with strong rational backed by user insights and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with UX Research and apply live experimentation to refine concepts, ensuring alignment with the Google Ads ecosystem's overarching vision and standards.
- Advanced proficiency in UX Design and Figma.
- Proven track record of successful UX projects and ability to articulate design processes.
- Strong experience in collaborative environments and cross-functional teams.
