JOB SUMMARY:
Join our creative team on a 6-month journey with a potential extension, diving deep into user advocacy and crafting designs that resonate with users and enhance their journeys within the digital ecosystem. Utilize your expertise in Figma, wireframing, and mockup creation to bring innovative concepts to life, squarely positioning user needs at the forefront of our product development. Work alongside a committed team in London to deliver impactful designs that align with our business goals and push the boundaries of the user experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gain and leverage deep user understanding to inform design concepts that drive product change.
• Clearly communicate design intentions, advocate for user needs, and articulate rationale for design choices.
• Collaborate closely with UX Research and cross-functional teams to design exceptional experiences and refine concepts through live experiments.
• Influence design direction across teams and manage design specifications to ensure successful implementation.
• Utilize UX design tools effectively to visualize ideas, create mockups, and develop prototypes tailored to product requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in product design or UX.
• Proficiency in designing across desktop and mobile web using Figma, including creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

Industry Experience:

• Prior experience in the product based ecosystem is preferred but not necessary.
