JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with various teams to design conversational experiences that fulfill customer needs.
Develop and refine conversation flows, scripts, and personas to steer the creation of intuitive conversational interfaces.
Conduct thorough user research and testing to verify the effectiveness of conversational interfaces.
Implement continuous improvements to conversational interfaces, utilizing user feedback and data analytics.
Stay abreast of conversational design trends and AI technology advancements, incorporating best practices into design strategies.
Must-Have Skills:
Profound knowledge of conversational AI technology and design best practices.
Proven experience in developing chatbots, IVR systems, or similar conversational interfaces.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
