Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned UX/UI Designer passionate about crafting exceptional user experiences, particularly within e-commerce and financial product platforms. This highly collaborative role involves leading design from concept to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams, and continuously refining products based on user feedback and research. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in visual design and a proven track record in improving user interactions and design systems across web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Practice and promote user-centric design philosophies in all design work.
- Lead the design process from problem identification to final implementation.
- Collaborate with teams across disciplines including product management, engineering, and content strategy.
- Leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to inform and justify design decisions.
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system, ensuring alignment with current standards and innovations.
Must-Have Skills:
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing diverse user experience design projects.
- Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch.
- Strong communication skills, capable of storytelling and engaging stakeholders across the organization.
Industry Experience:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in UX/UI Design, with a strong focus on e-commerce and financial services platforms.
- Preference for candidates with experience working in agile development environments and who have been part of a collaborative, cross-functional team setting.
