JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand business goals, challenges, root causes of customer problems and metrics of success for each project helping teams stay aligned and/or adjusting as necessary.
- Deliver designs from problem definition to final execution across the complete E2E customer journey using user-centered thinking.
- Create user scenarios, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity designs and prototypes throughout the full cycle of the product development process.
- 7+ years of hands-on UI/UX/Product/Visual design experience in web and native apps.
- Degree in interaction design, HCI, industrial design, graphic design, visual communication or equivalent.
- Highly proficient in design and wireframing software such as Figma.
- Outstanding online portfolio demonstrating your design talent, thinking and roles played in the projects that span multiple platforms.
