Location:San Jose, CA
Pay Range:$55 - $58 per hour
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Rapidly prototype and build designs informed by user needs, data, and technical capabilities.
- Design core financial and payment products, executing UX strategies that deliver high-quality experiences.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to find solutions that balance business and customer needs.
- Create solutions across all UX phases, maintaining design systems and ensuring accessibility standards.
- Work closely with UX Researchers on testing and insights collection, ensuring alignment to customer expectations.
- Mastery in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Extensive experience in agile user research and usability testing.
- Proven experience leading design projects from strategy through execution
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of UX/UI design experience in tech companies or digital agencies, with a strong portfolio.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a team-focused approach.
