JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand and align with business goals, customer challenges, and success metrics to maintain project alignment or adjust strategies as needed.
- Lead the design process from problem identification to final execution, utilizing user-centered methodologies to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Develop user scenarios, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Utilize data to construct compelling narratives that highlight customer issues, business opportunities, and design approaches.
- Collaborate effectively within the Design team and with Product, Engineering, and Business Units to rapidly produce thoughtful and intuitive user experiences.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in UI/UX, Product, or Visual Design across web and native apps.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma and a strong portfolio showcasing your design talent and thought process.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
