Job Summary:
We are searching for a skilled Shipment Planner to manage physical outbound logistics, ensuring effective utilization of the Transportation Management System (TMS) for our operations in Fairburn, Georgia. This remote position requires a keen ability to plan, execute, and optimize the physical movement of goods, including compliance and documentation. The ideal candidate will handle both inbound and outbound shipment planning for our software and equipment with a hands-on approach to non-automated processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Masterfully plan and execute outbound shipments from hub to spokes and spokes to CMs.
  • Utilize TMS effectively for optimal logistics operations, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
  • Quick adaptation and learning in a fast-paced environment.
  • Oversee both inbound and outbound logistical planning.
  • Ensure the physical shipment process is not fully automated and includes handling of the company's software and equipment.

Must Have Skills:

  • Proven expertise in physical logistics and outbound shipment planning.
  • Proficient in the use of Transportation Management Systems for logistics.
  • Ability to multitask, quickly learn, and adapt to new processes.

Domain Experience Required:
Prior experience in shipping and logistics, specifically with products including software and equipment, is crucial for this role.
