JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position is specifically responsible for managing Transportation services provided by Carriers and Vendors.
- Supporting Warehouse Hubs, EMEA Spokes, Miniclusters and Data Center sites, ESC projects and Office/WFH Shipments
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Ensuring the day-to-day execution of transportation operations
- Coordinating meetings between the ops team, carriers, and the warehouse teams.
- Ensuring that SOPs, SWI's, processes are documented and followed.
- Providing project management and updates on initiatives/projects
- Analyzing supply chain transportation opportunities to improve speed, cost, and cycle time improvement.
- Informing TSP manager and collaboration with colleagues of any ongoing issues that need to be addressed.
- Dealing with the Daily operations and escalations for inbound and outbound shipments across all modes - Air, Sea, Road, and Parcel.
- OTS/OTD investigations and improvements
- Prepare quotations, work with vendors to support, and execute all ESC projects in EMEA - partnering with cross geo teams on ESC projects.
- Provide support for the client's project for Net Zero 2030 Sustainability Goals (Nice to have)
- Indepth of Transportation Operational Management experience .
- Program management piece is very important to take things from start to finish.
- Performing effective Carrier management to ensure they meet the SLAs and as well gather data for MBR’s / QBRs.
