Primary Responsibilities and Overview
This position will be responsible for:
  • Crafting training schedules/calendars/curricular
  • Leading all training delivery logistics: course entry into Learning Management System (Cornerstone OnDemand), test new and updated courses, tracking and reporting, etc.
  • Working with internal SMEs, and external vendor personnel to oversee training
  • Develop templates to generate appropriate training communication notifications and reminders
  • Maintain records and catalog assets with accurate meta-tagging
  • Responding to employee and manager inquiries regarding training assignment and completion statuses
  • Providing prompt, courteous and accurate customer service
  • Participate in the development and execution of the AML Compliance communications strategy
  • Provide input and write communications content, as needed
  • Supporting other miscellaneous tasks as assigned to support the AML Compliance Training Program
Great to haves:
  • Associate/Bachelor’s degree in educational technology or information technology
  • 2+ years’ experience in training coordination, experience in enterprise LMS administration; Cornerstone preferred
  • Content curation experience
  • Highly proficient with MS Office suite and MS Excel data reporting
  • Working knowledge of SCORM training content

Must Haves:
  • 3-5 years of training coordination experience
  • Experience working with a Learning Management System (Cornerstone preferred)
  • Experience compiling & auditing metrics
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Strong project management skills; shown ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working for a global company, hi-tech preferred
  • Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering Prevention concepts
  • Proven ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining good relationships with co-workers
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change
