JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Client is looking for a dynamic Training Solution Consultant to join their team This role involves creating comprehensive, value-based training and adoption plans tailored for client's enterprise customers, helping them achieve their desired business outcomes
  • The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor on Client Training solutions, collaborate with various stakeholders to design effective customer training strategies, and support sales teams by aligning training solutions with customer platform strategies.
  • Customer-facing , account management, project management, strong presentation skills.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced SaaS environment and flexible work schedule. Also if there is Spanish speaking abilities, that is also highly desired.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Act as the go-to expert on Client Training catalog and product portfolio, crafting customized training recommendations for customers.
  • Design and execute enterprise customer training strategies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across various industries.
  • Support pre-sales opportunities by working with Services and License Sales Representatives to propose value-based training solutions.
  • Lead in the creation and maintenance of training resources such as playbooks, proposal templates, and training plan templates.
  • Conduct Training Strategy Assessments and use ServiceNow platform for account research to inform strategic training decisions.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in Change Management or training at an Enterprise level preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of deep experience effectively developing learning strategies for Enterprise-level organizations.Proven experience in selling and implementing ServiceNow training solutions or similar.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications for developing customer-facing proposals.
  • Solid understanding and capability to communicate complex training concepts clearly to both external and internal stakeholders.
