JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Looking for Trackwise Business Systems Analyst and Developer with an impressive background in Quality Management Systems, specifically Trackwise EQMS. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience in supporting, developing, and administering Quality Management Systems with a focus on Java application development for various QMS functionalities and SAP ABAP for system integrations. This role is essential for ensuring the optimal performance and compliance of our QMS, with responsibilities ranging from system support to the development of custom solutions.
- Develop, support, and maintain Trackwise EQMS and other QMS applications, ensuring performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements gathering, translating business needs into technical specifications for system enhancements.
- Implement custom QMS solutions focusing on Post Market Surveillance, Complaints Management, CAPA, and Regulatory Submissions, including SAP integration.
- Maintain compliance with medical device industry regulatory standards, conducting audits, and ensuring quality system adherence.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to users, along with maintaining detailed system documentation and performance reports.
- This is a QMS Developer role with in-depth experience in Java.
- Extensive experience in Trackwise EQMS and understanding of the medical device industry’s regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills for translating complex business processes into technical requirements, with excellent communication for collaboration with teams.
- SAP System Experience is an additional advantage.
