JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The PMO Technology Program Manager - Governance will lead the development and implementation of project management methodologies, tools, and standards at an enterprise level. They will ensure alignment with strategic objectives and governance frameworks while conducting independent assessments to enhance project performance, quality, and compliance.
  • Plan and execute project audits according to the PMO audit plan, reviewing project documents, processes, and practices for adherence to standards.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to project and program managers on governance framework application and improvement opportunities.
  • Identify and report project risks, issues, and improvement opportunities, overseeing the execution of project health checks.
  • Present audit reports and findings to stakeholders, contributing to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop project governance strategies aligned with organizational goals, identifying deviations and proposing resolutions.
 JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • 10+ years of program management experience in a technology environment, with 5+ years in Agile leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with certifications such as PMP or ACP preferred.
  • Experience in project audit processes and establishing project management process improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
