Pay Range: $90 - $95 per hour. on W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Technology Program Manager with robust expertise in Agile methodologies, especially the SAFe framework, to lead strategic transformational projects within our Digital and Innovation Organization's Program Management Office. The successful candidate will manage the Safe Agile Release Train, spearhead large-scale Agile transformations, and facilitate continuous improvement across multiple teams. This role is tailored for strategic thinkers who thrive in Fortune 500 environments, are adept at multitasking, and excel in team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the RTE or STE for multiple Agile Release Trains, facilitating PI planning, execution, and enhancement.
Organize SAFe Program Increment planning workshops to define agile goals and strategies clearly.
Collaborate with Product Management to align product features with business strategies.
Lead retrospectives, identifying improvement areas and implementing solutions.
Ensure compliance with SAFe principles, fostering Agile methodology adoption across teams.

Must-Have Skills:

Proven experience in facilitating large-scale SAFe PI planning.
Strong stakeholder management and executive level communication.
Expertise in Jira and Confluence.

Industry Experience:
Prior experience in a Fortune 500 environment, with a focus on technology or related fields, is preferable.
