JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Investigate and document the current tools, processes, and data within the DEET technology ecosystem.
- Identify unifying efficiencies within the ecosystem to facilitate data transfer and governance practices.
- Document the data and tool model, detailing data sources, connections, and information types.
- Support the development of the Resource & Capacity Planning solution and Unified Data Model by analysing and documenting data connections and ecosystem integration.
- Capture detailed ecosystem information to prevent inconsistencies or misinformed decisions on major technology initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Writing
- Experience with Technical Documentation
- Some experience in SQL
