- Help execute custom implementation plans for the accounts to embrace QuickBooks Online for their firm and for their small business clients.
- troubleshoot technical complexities foreg: why account conversion didn't go through
- Customer-obsessed, with a passion for delivering the best possible customer experience, Collaborative communication, organization, prioritization, and time management
- Proven problem-solving and analytical orientation with the ability to identify root cause.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate technical and other findings across organizational levels Aptitude for juggling competing priorities and functioning effectively under deadline pressures with multiple project requirements
- Strong understanding of accountant workflows, Customer-obsessed, with a passion for delivering the best possible customer experience
- Experience with QuickBooks Online,
- Prior experience working with accountants or accounting.
