Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Support Engineer to provide exceptional customer support for our software and platform. This role involves resolving technical queries and issues through various means, such as web, chat, email, and direct calls, employing a range of diagnostic tools to isolate issues, and contributing insights for product and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a knack for problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both customers and other teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve technical cases from customers regarding the ServiceNow platform.
  • Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and isolate issues.
  • Provide direct support through web, chat, email, case updates, and telephone.
  • Collaborate with additional teams for resolving complex cases.
  • Contribute to process and product improvements based on customer issue resolutions.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong experience with JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of Networking
  • Proficient in OS Debugging
Industry Experience:
  • Prior experience in technical support or in a similar role dealing with software or platform support is essential. Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform is beneficial but can be learned on the job.
