Pay Range: $32 - $35.71 per hour

Job Summary:
As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will be entrusted with managing and resolving the most challenging issues combining both technical and business expertise to support our high-value customers successfully. This role demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and tactical involvement in critical issues, ensuring a collaborative effort with internal teams to facilitate our customers' success. A dedication to quality customer service, along with strong communication and organizational skills, will be crucial to navigate and resolve complex issues, driving them to closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide on prioritizing and creating efficient workflows.
  • Maintain exemplary queue and case management skills.
  • Conduct Case quality Checks to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Learn & Deliver training on new products.
  • Actively engage in cross-functional collaboration for product enhancement.
Must-Have Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of web application components.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and case management skills.
