Contract Type:  W2 (USC and GC Only)
Duration:  12 Months
Location: Orlando, FL (2 Days Hybrid)
Pay Range: $30 - $35.71 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer with a passion for excellence and a strong foundation in Java and JavaScript to manage and resolve challenging issues for partners and customers. This role involves developing expertise within the customer support department, mentoring junior team members, and requires a customer-facing demeanor with robust interpersonal skills. Successful candidates will be offered comprehensive training, mentorship in cutting-edge technologies, and the opportunity to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve complex technical issues for partners and customers.
  • Develop subject matter expertise within the customer support department.
  • Mentor junior team members in various technologies.
  • Quickly gain an understanding of the platform and contribute to the collaborative environment.
  • Be flexible with the work schedule, including potential evening, weekend shifts, and holidays, besides undergoing USFedPASS background screening.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong object-oriented programming in Java and JavaScript.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to quality and customer service.
