Contract Type: W2 only
Duration: 12 months with possibility of extension
Location: Orlando, FL
Pay Range: $32.00-$35.00 per hour
Work Authorization: Only USC/GC
Job Summary:
The Technical Support Engineer will play a crucial role in resolving complex challenges on the ServiceNow platform, combining their deep technical knowledge with stellar communication skills to support and ensure customer success. This role demands proactive engagement and a tactical approach to critical issue resolution, along with collaboration with internal teams to drive customer success and contribute to the continuous improvement of the ServiceNow product. The position involves both maintaining technical expertise in key areas and utilizing that expertise to support customers directly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on workflow prioritization for effective workload management.
- Display exceptional queue and case management skills.
- Perform case quality checks, ensuring cases are effectively progressing.
- Deliver training on new products to enhance team knowledge.
- Collaborate across functions with internal stakeholders for product improvement.
Must-Have Skills:
- Profound ability to troubleshoot, resolve, and analyze code for technical issues.
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Excellent coordination skills to resolve customer issues alongside engineering and escalation teams.
Industry Experience:
- Experience with SaaS products is crucial for understanding customer and technical issues.
- Prior experience in IT service management and knowledge of ITIL business processes is preferred but not mandatory.
- ServiceNow platform implementation experience is desirable.
