We are seeking an experienced Support Engineer to manage and resolve challenging issues for Client partners and customers. The role involves being a Subject Matter Expert in technical support, diagnosing issues using the ServiceNow platform, and mentoring team members while maintaining a strong customer service ethos. You will harness your ability to troubleshoot technical issues, develop solutions to technical challenges, and maintain a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction in a collaborative, customer-facing environment that offers opportunities for career progression.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for Client partners and customers.
- Develop expertise and mentor team members within the technical support department.
- Debug JavaScript code and find innovative solutions to custom code challenges.
- Use the ServiceNow platform to manage and resolve customer cases effectively.
- Collaborate across teams to enhance customer support processes and outcomes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Expertise in JavaScript and a deep understanding of Java.
- Experience with relational databases, preferably MySQL.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills in a technical support context.
Industry Experience:
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL frameworks is highly desirable for this role.
Additional Notes:
- This is a hybrid role requiring presence onsite for 2-3 days a week.
