Job Summary:
Join our dynamic technical support team to empower users across the globe by resolving their complex system issues. You will act as a customer advocate, dive deep into the  platform to troubleshoot unexpected behaviors, and collaborate with platform and software engineers for bug resolution. This role demands hands-on problem-solving across various technical domains, including LDAP/Active Directory, SSO, email systems, web services, data integration technologies, and network troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary customer support contact, ensuring successful issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Understand and troubleshoot the platform, cloud technologies, and integrate systems to solve complex technical challenges.
  • Analyze technical cases, identify underlying issues, and collaborate with engineering teams for resolution.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the platform and its core functionalities.
  • Work towards isolating and fixing bugs in applications, software, and integrated systems through data analysis and troubleshooting practices.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in Web Services (SOAP, REST) and networking fundamentals.
  • Understanding of Email Troubleshooting (e.g. Office 365, Exchange  )
  • Working knowledge on Network troubleshooting (e.g. Ping, Telnet)
  • Hands on experience in any bi-directional, integration between two systems
  • Some experience with Scripting languages:  JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell).
