Pay Range: $30 - $35.71 per hour

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Support Engineer to provide top-tier technical support for complex computer, software, and networked systems. The role involves being a customer advocate, resolving technical queries related to the ServiceNow platform, and ensuring successful resolution of challenging technical situations with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of cloud technologies, troubleshooting practices, and the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advocate for customers, offering support to users/administrators of our platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical cases regarding the ServiceNow software.
  • Gain and utilize an in-depth understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Analyze data to identify potential causes of issues.
  • Collaborate effectively to achieve personal and group goals.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Web Services (SOAP/REST) and Networking fundamentals.
  • Strong scripting skills and familiarity with a programming language like JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, or Windows Shell.
  • Solid experience in troubleshooting or configuring LDAP/Active Directory, SSO, or other user management systems (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, SAML).
