Pay Range: $30 to $35/hour

Job Summary:
In this role, you will act as a pivotal customer advocate, delivering support to users and administrators of our comprehensive platform, leveraging your understanding of cloud technologies and troubleshooting methodologies. You'll be tasked with resolving intricate technical issues involving software and hardware configurations, application malfunctions, and integrations, focusing on delivering effective solutions. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the reliability and maintenance of our complex computer and networked systems through thorough analysis and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer advanced technical support, advocating for customers with platform-related inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues across software, applications, and networks, using a deep understanding of cloud technologies.
  • Resolve technical queries, focusing on unexpected behaviors or technical inquiries regarding the software and platform.
  • Achieve a comprehensive understanding of the platform’s core functionalities to better support users.
  • Collaboratively work across teams to reach both personal and group targets, ensuring high-quality problem resolution.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Profound experience in Web Services (SOAP/REST), SQL, and Java
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals
  • Proficient in scripting and familiar with at least one programming language
