Duration:  12 Months
Location: Santa Clara, CA (2-3 Days Onsite)
Pay Range: $42 - $46 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer with a strong background in Java and JavaScript, proficient in MySQL, with ITIL knowledge and experience with CSS/XHTML for front-end development troubleshooting. The role involves resolving complex issues for partners and customers, managing technical cases, and serving as a subject matter expert within the support department. The ideal candidate must excel in a customer-facing environment, demonstrating an ability to communicate technical solutions effectively while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position offers a pathway to professional growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Debug JavaScript code and find optimized solutions to custom codes.
  • Use the platform to diagnose and resolve customer issues.
  • Manage and own the resolution process for technical cases created by customers.
  • Gain an understanding of the platform and use it effectively to solve customer problems.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment to share knowledge and improve customer service quality.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Deep understanding of Java and JavaScript.
  • Experience with relational databases, particularly MySQL.
  • Strong proficiency in English (B2 level or above).
