Location: Orlando, FL (2 Days Hybrid)
Pay Range: $30 - $35.71 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to provide comprehensive technical support to our field engineers, technicians, and customers, focusing on diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, and software. The role includes direct interaction with customers, offering sophisticated support for highly technical or sophisticated products. The successful candidate will work closely with our design and software engineering teams to report and resolve design, reliability, and maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced technical support to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, and software.
  • Work directly with customers and users, offering sophisticated product support and sometimes participating in on-site installation and training.
  • Liaise with design and software engineering teams to report and resolve product design, reliability, and maintenance issues.
  • Support the resolution of issues when first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and solutions to provide high-level support.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Expertise in JavaScript and OS Debugging
  • Advanced knowledge of Networking principles
  • Experience or good understanding of the ServiceNow Platform
