JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct in-depth root cause analysis of customer issues to enhance product knowledge.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and issue resolutions.
- Educate customers on product functions relevant to their needs.
- Create and deliver internal training on product troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with other Adobe teams to ensure timely resolution of support issues and promote customer satisfaction.
- Strong familiarity with SQL and debugging of SQL statements.
- Proven experience with XML, JavaScript, and HTML.
- In-depth knowledge of database platforms (e.g., Oracle, SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
