JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role involves working cross-functionally across various business verticals (product, support, data science teams, etc.) to drive successful product launches, engage and adopt end users effectively, and provide strong organizational and strategic support to the program and product efforts. The ideal candidate will apply structured frameworks for product rollout execution, manage essential effort strategies, and measure success through core KPIs, ensuring strategic growth within the Technology Services organization.
- Drive the management and strategic planning of product rollouts, including communication and success criteria development.
- Develop project management deliverables (BRDs, project plans) for smooth project implementation and system/process adoption.
- Provide concise updates on status, issues, risks, and recommended action to ensure business needs are met.
- Liaise between business and technology groups, ensuring timelines and functionality expectations are achieved.
- Develop detailed change management, communication, and testing plans to ensure seamless execution and adoption.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven project management capabilities with knowledge of SDLC, PDLC, and agile methodologies.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Nice to have - Big data experience with extracting (e.g., SQL, Apache Spark, Python) and visualizing data (e.g., Tableau)
