Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive systems-related workstreams for a Workday compensation project, focusing on technical planning, testing, integrations, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and monitor comprehensive technical project plans
- Identify and resolve technical challenges and project risks
- Oversee technical workstreams including configuration, integrations, and testing
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications
- Coordinate seamlessly between all technical teams Must-Have Skills:
- Solid understanding of SDLC and large-scale technical projects
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of Workday Compensation
- Proven ability to create, monitor, and track technical project plans
