JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in developing and managing the integrated program schedule, engineering change control, build, and test satellites.
- Coordinate and ensure all project schedules comply with technical design, interfaces, requirements, and programmatic schedule, cost, and production requirements.
- Employ expert level Smartsheet skills for schedule development, reporting, and more.
- Support senior TPMs in program management tasks such as action tracking, scheduling, and meeting facilitation.
- Act as a liaison for central TPM team on schedule and risk management tasks including smartsheet schedule management and generating executive-level reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in program management with a preference for a PMP certificate.
- Strong communication skills, capable of effective documentation and action follow-up.
- Advanced expertise in Smartsheet scheduling.
