Pay Range: $70.25 - $74.58 Per hour

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and manage integrated program schedules, engineering change control, and satellite build/testing processes.
Coordinate and align project schedules with technical design, interfaces, requirements, and programmatic constraints.
Innovate and evolve program tracking mechanisms throughout the project lifecycle.
Support senior TPMs in managing timelines, dependencies, and deliverables, and generating executive-level reports.
Utilize Smartsheet, Confluence, and Jira for scheduling, reporting, and risk/issues tracking.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
3-5 years of industry experience as a software developer or technical lead.
Expertise in program management tools such as Smartsheet, Confluence, and Jira; PMP certification preferred.
Strong written and oral communication skills for effective documentation and follow-up.
