Location: Seattle, WA, Sunnyvale, CA, Arlington, VA, Austin, TX, (5 day Onsite)

Pay Range:$68 - $70 Per Hour


JOB SUMMARY:
We're seeking a passionate Technical Program Manager to join our Consumer Robotics group, leading the charge in integrating robotics into everyday life. You'll be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of large, complex programs from conception through to launch, working closely with both internal and external teams to deliver groundbreaking solutions in robotics. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in entrepreneurial environments, is adept at navigating ambiguity, and possesses a blend of strategic vision and practical execution skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Collect business and systems requirements, writing specifications to drive project schedules from design to release.
  • Lead and coordinate design and implementation efforts to develop optimal solutions, making tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market.
  • Clearly communicate goals, desired outcomes, and project statuses to cross-functional and remote teams.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance business needs against technical constraints.
  • Break down large, complex projects into manageable pieces, develop end-to-end integrated plans, and ensure their timely and successful delivery.

 

Must have Skills:

  • Strong background in technical program management with experience leading medium to large projects.
  • Well-rounded technical background, preferably with experience in Robotics and AI/ML software development.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across different groups in an organization and with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 

Industry Experience Required:
Previous experience in the robotics domain is strongly preferred.
