Contract Type: W2 OR C2C
Duration:  12 Months+
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $70-$75/hr on W2 or C2C

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for driving program execution and process improvements within hardware operations. You will collaborate with engineering teams and suppliers to identify and resolve challenges, ensuring efficient product quality and reliability. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of hardware development and launch initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong partnerships with hardware commodity teams.
  • Develop and implement plans to resolve operational pain points.
  • Facilitate information sharing and administrative support for teams.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for cross-functional initiatives.
  • Lead quality escalations and contribute to process enhancements.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven track record in program management.
  • Experience working with hardware engineering teams.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous and fast-paced environments.

Experience in the consumer electronics hardware development industry is preferred.
