JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent practical experience. BS or BE degrees required.
- 6-10 years' experience in Satellite Communications as a TPM.
- 5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, delivering software or technology products. 5 years of experience in software development life cycles and Agile methodologies.
- Strong experience in Satellite Communications as a TPM is required.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
- Experience with successfully managing cross-functional teams and leading projects with multiple, overlapping dependencies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, risk assessment, and decision-making skills.
