JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and deliver technical content in support of customer-facing marketing campaigns and initiatives, e.g. feature and workflow videos, presentations, tips and tricks, best practices, and productivity studies
- Create learning content on new and emerging technologies and deliver training to Autodesk and channel partner sales teams
- Serve as a subject matter expert on AutoCAD
- Requires a bachelor's degree with professional architectural design or engineering experience
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD software including some advanced features like LISP required
- Experience in writing and presenting technical documentation
- Proven track record of developing and experimenting with a range of content formats to grow an audience or retain customers
- An understanding of either/all design, engineering, product lifecycle management, production, manufacturing, and architecture
