- Experience in incident management in a 24/7 high availability environment.
- Cross-functional team experience a plus.
- Must be a strong cross-functional leader.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary.
- ITIL v3 knowledge a plus.
- Specific experience with SaaS beneficial.
- Basic knowledge Windows, Linux, and Unix.
- Familiar with Cloud technology.
- Understanding of Network Architecture: Routers, Load Balancers, DNS, firewalls, and Protocols.
